Do you have real, authentic relationships with black people?  How much do you really know about the black experience in America? Do you believe in reparations for the Descendants of Chattel Slavery? Are you willing to learn what you don't know or understand?
 

White People School, facilitated via ZOOM by Tamara Shealey, J.M.,, is a two part, 6-week session to help white people think and act in solidarity, as fellow Americans, with the black community without guilt and shame in the American experience.  White People School is solution driven and an opportunity to learn from the past and work towards healing our nation's wounds. 

 

Part 1 is a 5-week, 20-hour interactive, safe space learning experience that walks through the history of the black experience in America to help white people learn skills to bridge the divide and build community.

 

Part 2 is a field trip to Savannah, Georgia and participation in the 2-Day, 40 Acres and a Mule Tour. (Travel to get on the bus for the tour and hotel accommodations are not included)
